When we arrived at ABC, we inquired if we could move cabins to be near family, and staff was happy to help. As the staff cleaned our cabin, they made us aware that the air conditioner was leaking down the wall and we could move if we wanted. Indeed the wall was soaked under the air conditioner(right near an electric socket), but since the weather was decent, we told them we would just leave it off. I proceeded to open windows, but found the screen in the back room completed detached and "blowing in the breeze". On the second night, my husband got up to use the bathroom and was greeted by approximately fifty large ants crawling around the floor. We spent the next half hour killing ants. The toilet was shimmed, but still was "rocking" excessively whenever we used it. We are not ones to

Staff at this location are amazing!! I couldn’t be pleased any more with the service we got. From the time check in the girls were wonderful. This nice young man that was running the slides was very polite. He helped my child down the slide because he was to scared…Hard to find young workers with that kind of work attitude!! All of the events were fun for everyone! Definitely a 5 star !! We will be returning for sure! Thank you Adventure Bound Cooperstown!!

Went for the weekend and rented a deluxe cabin, the one we picked was not what was shown on their website. The cabin was infested with ants, sofa mattress broken, and the little space you get outdoors had garbage all over. We didn't have any issues with staff but the campground doesn't follow their own quiet 11pm time, loud music till 3am and golf carts up and down all night long. Arcade and playground are great for the kids but could use a little tlc. Not what the family and I expected think next time we will look into a different campground.

I was very excited to book a family-friendly, peaceful campsite on the lake to have a great weekend with my family. When we arrived to ABC we were very disappointed to realize that the campsites sit directly on top of each other. We were squeezed in between huge campers, and the campground seemed to be about 90% seasonal sites. People were not respectful of quiet hours and were blasting music until the middle of the night while yelling loudly to it. My kids were trying to sleep at 9:30 pm, and a golf cart train came around blasting horns and music. I am not someone against having a few drinks while camping, but it was obvious that people were impaired while driving around the golf carts, and the campground reeked of cigarettes and weed. I expected more from a campground that cost $170 for

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! It is a nice campground! Cute, beautiful, lil campground. A lot of quieter “long-term” RV peeps on the side we stayed on. It was nice. Our youngest son caught his first fish! Dad also caught a fish 😊. Quiet hours 11 PM/weekends, 10 PM/weekdays. Each site had its own fire pit with optional-use grate on hinges - this is how we cooked all of our food for the week we stayed. It was awesome and peaceful. Activities for kids & families every weekend, every weekend has a special “theme”. Check out their website! Activities during the week too, ask office folk (they leave around 4/5 PM, so don’t keep missing them like us!) what activities are when. 4/5 of our little ones went to the pavilion with one of the park workers & made sand art! Several sections of camp. Cabins, RV
