AC Hotel Miami Wynwood

On 2.17.26,I was referred by a staff member at the adjoining hotel to the Marriott for food & beverage.My cousin and I decided to checkout the rooftop bar/grill. The views were spectacular! We both ordered the Sunny Afternoon, a signature adult beverage.I ordered the shrimp quesdilla,my cousin ordered the salmon,asparagus & salad. Both meals were seasoned well & tasty. The star of the show was the mixologist & server Erlys. She was single handedly making drinks,taking food orders & serving food. Erlys is very personable, attentive,accommodating & efficient. Erlys is a one woman show. She certainly is a highly valued employee.

Truly had such a wonderful stay here. From the moment I checked in to all the moments in the hallways and hotel spaces, the staff were so kind and friendly. The hotel itself was clean, colorful, and well maintained. I stayed here during Art Basel and was expecting a hectic experience but it was the opposite. Anya at the front desk was lovely and I was able to lounge by the pool while I waited for my room. The pool area itself was my favorite space of the hotel with great views and plenty of seating options. There are no microwaves in the rooms and I had food I wanted to heat up, when I called down to the front desk they happily offered to heat up my food and were so accommodating. I was offered champagne and more water bottles while I waited. Any moment I found myself needing assistance

I had an exceptional stay at the AC Hotel Wynwood, and the experience was made even better by Inya at the front desk. She provided outstanding customer service, was incredibly welcoming, and even offered us champagne upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was beautiful, clean, and offered a lovely view. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering it was a busy weekend. The rooftop restaurant was also a highlight — the food was fantastic, and the steak tacos were my absolute favorite. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and high-quality stay.

AMAZING, will come again.The front desk staff was super friendly and helped us carry the luggage to the cart. The room and the lobby were clean. Looked great. The bartender at the bar was friendly as well. Easy access to the parking lot (parking fee $25 + tax / day). Good location.

My stay at the AC Hotel Wynwood was truly memorable, and much of that is thanks to Ania at the front desk. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, making the check-in process seamless and welcoming from the very beginning. Her genuine hospitality set the tone for an excellent stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating, and the level of service throughout the hotel was impressive. The rooftop dining experience was another highlight — the steak tacos were exceptional and easily my favorite dish. With clean rooms, great service, and reasonable pricing even during a busy weekend, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
