AC Hotel Miami Brickell

Terrible hotel. They nickel and dime you for everything. Nobody speaks English and Cust service spends there time on the cellphone. Be careful when you go to check in, they dump mandatory resort fees on you for things you don’t want or need.

Stopped by the pool bar at AC Marriott Brickell and had an awesome experience. The bartender helena was super friendly, attentive, and made some really great drinks. Service was quick even when it got busy, and the vibe by the pool was perfect for relaxing. Definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. If you’re staying here or just stopping by, the pool bar is a must! ❤️

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. We arrived early and checking in early was not a problem and much appreciated. We explored the area and returned to relax and enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, probably because it was green. The lounge chairs and umbrellas need some attention. Apparently the local birds see it as a large bird bath as many of them arrived to provide entertainment. 😂 Many of the umbrellas were broken and tattered. That said, before we left for dinner, the pool reopened to the delight of the children present.

We stayed for two nights in late February 2026. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything. It’s clean, modern, and nothing beats the comfort of a Marriott bed. The shower pressure could be a little better. The pool bar on sixth floor was a nice place to relax and have a drink. With our destination credit, I ordered a Blueberry Hill which was delicious. I would absolutely stay again.

Stayed here for two nights on vacation, as it was the only affordable Marriott in the area. The hotel felt very new and modern, and luxurious for the price we paid. The pool is very nice and large. The staff was great and let us use the employee only stairs when the elevator line was long. They should have built more elevators as the 4 are always backed up. Other than that, a great hotel and I would totally recommend this place, if the price is right.
