AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood

I had a great stay at AC Hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was stylish yet relaxing. I especially enjoyed the lounge area — perfect for unwinding in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed one night while visiting Cleveland. I used points for the night which was only 13,500. Hotel is upscale in appearance, very quiet overall. It is located near many upscale shopping and restaurant options. Parking is free in deck behind hotel. Our room overlooked the shops below. ||We had breakfast the next morning nearby at First Watch but breakfast buffet was available at the hotel for $17 pp. This seemed quite reasonable except the only hot options were scrambled eggs and sausage. The did offer free coffee and tea each morning.|I felt the location was quite nice and the points required very low for what we experienced. I would consider staying there again if in the area.

I booked a room in this hotel a month in advance and had confirmed reservation on email. The day of check-in after being in back to back official meetings all day, I went to checkin, and the hotel said they oversold the rooms and none is available. I was shocked to experience something unbelievable like this. I had confirmed booking. It was late evening and i was tired. They had me waited for 1 hour in the lobby and didnt even offered glass of water as they checked their 2 other properties to see if they have a room. The staff attitude was casual. After i followed up multiple times, they said they wish they had another floor to accommodate guests but dont and they are dealing with this situation with other guests since morning and other properties dont have rooms either. It was a poor expe

From the website and the lobby the hotel seemed nice. However the longer into our stay we realized that was not the case. Our first room was not cleaned properly with used toiletries in the bathroom from previous guests and not stocked with fresh items. The room also had a broken AC we called and were assured it would start working. Several hot hours later it was still broke we called and were told maintenance was on the way. An hour went by it was 10:30 pm so we called again someone new answered and told us no one was there to come to our room so we aren’t sure who we were waiting for or if they thought we would just forget?! So they moved our rooms. The walls in the hotel are like paper thin we could hear all kinds of commotion from either the kitchen or staff areas or something ALL NIGH

Always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is extremely friendly. If an issue arises, a fix is implemented or found very quickly after reporting. My only wish is that breakfast was included. But that's not a big deal.
