Positive: The layout, (especially the shower) and the cleanliness Negative: That it wasn’t a tub inside as well.

We do damage assessment for storms and for the resent ice storm stayed here for 4 night and it’s best hotel we have stayed at! Not only was the lady that checked us in phenomenal and friendly their cleaning ladies were over the top nice and helpful!! My husband and I will definitely stay here the next time we travel here personally.

in town for a graduation, we have stayed at this property several times in the past for family events and had a good experience every time. fantastic staff - professional and friendly. clean rooms and fun bars in lobby and rooftop. great location. Shout out in particular to Leo at the front desk, who helped us adjust a reservation after a member of our party fell ill, super nice and considerate. only negative is that parking charge seems mighty steep - particularly during our visit for a holiday weekend when there was barely any traffic around. The staff at this hotel definitely made our stay!

The hotel and room were visually appealing, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, several functional issues detracted from the experience. The shower water temperature fluctuated significantly, particularly in the mornings, and the adjustable shower head was unstable and frequently slipped out of its holder. Water pressure at the bathroom and kitchen sink was very weak, which made basic tasks like shaving difficult. While the space itself was nice, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

My husband and I addressed concerns to the general manager that our shower was leaking water and running out through the walls on the floor. Our toilet was loose from the floor also. Maintenance was called for both however when maintenance arrived my husband was using the bathroom at the time. I asked the maintenance man if he could come back within 20 minutes he didn’t say anything and just walked away and never came back. The general manager was notified and nothing was done to accommodate us. She was very flat and nonchalant. She didn’t even smile or say sorry. The hotel is in a great area and around a lot of shopping stores and restaurants but I would not recommend instead I should’ve stayed at the Le Meriden like my other colleagues which they rated 5/5.
