Abita Springs Hotel

This place was everything we wanted in a small town stay. Beautiful room. Very clean. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing to chill by the spring in back. We made use of the bikes and did about 20 easy miles on a rails-to-trails ride. Nearby Cafe and restaurant served great food. I respect this town too, for it's drivers who are aware of the pedestrians and cyclists and we never felt rushed or as if we aggravated drivers whether walking or biking. That was a nice surprise! We would like to come back some day. King parlor suite was excellent!! Small town charm and hospitality everywhere. The hosts were friendy and quick to respond to our question.

Very nice, quiet boutique hotel. Unobtrusive management, but very responsive to texts anytime. Abita Springs is a small town, but there are lots of restaurants nearby in Covington and Mandeville, short drives. Abita itself has a nice cafe and brewpub (national craft brand Abita. You can get brewery tours!). Hotel sits on Tammany Trace, a paved path running along a Native American path. Nice to walk on, run, bike (hotel has some bike loaners and others for rental).|And of course, New Orleans is only about 45 minutes drive away. |Beautiful rooms, and much more spacious than a regular hotel. Bathroom in our room was large and had shower and separate bathtub.|We have family in the area, and from now on this will be our first choice to stay.

This bed and breakfast hotel was the perfect getaway in the quaint town of Abita Springs. It’s right in the heart of downtown but is a quiet and serene spot. Shawna, our host, was easily reachable for checking in and helped make us feel right at home! The room was clean with tons of natural light. The bonus was the fridge and microwave that really came in handy during our stay! Overall just lovely and perfect for our little getaway.

Love this little hotel. We had everything we needed and it was clean and cute. I wished we had time to take advantage of the bicycles. I reserved the room over the phone. The woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I do want to note that we texted the number given and never got a response. It was non emergent so not a big deal. Also, the room was being cleaned before the 11 am check out time so we all used the restroom before our long trip home with them in the room.

We enjoyed our stay here in the cute town of Abita Springs. Location is convenient. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Check in/check out were very easy.
