Abc RV Park

Adult only rv park. Nice & quiet. Very friendly & helpful on-site Manager. On-site laundry, shower & bathroom, movie-night space. Electricity, water and non-streaming internet included in monthly lot rent. There are lots which afford you some privacy and shade. There are a few covered spots. Lots have mailboxes so that mail & parcels can be delivered to you via the on-site Mgr. Easy backroad entrance via 319 to access the back of park, that's open between 4 a.m. - 9 p.m. It's within a 5 minute drive from Lake Alvarado Park. I've had a lovely porch/deck with ramp built by a resident and help from another resident to balance my RV. The 2 cons are the low water pressure but they say say they're working on it and the multitude of free range chickens all over the property and the noisy crowing

I have Stayed in a lot Of RV Parks and This One is By Far The Nicest ! Denise works her butt off to keep Our Place So Clean and Maintained ! The New Laundry on-site is Very Nice ! Denise the Assistant Manager is Awesome ! All I can Say is ABC Resort is a Place You can Stay A Weekend or Indefinitely! Thank You Denise 😊

This is a great RV park. My brother moved in there a couple of months ago. It is a very nice, clean, safe, and friendly park. Denise is pure gold!! She is the most exception manager! If any of the guest have a problem, she is there in a heart beat to assist. It is a very peaceful place and is within a very short drive for groceries, gas, or any other necessities that might arise.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. We were guests here for 3 1/2 years. When Denise became the manager the park became even better. She made sure it was clean, attractive and made sure all guests followed the rules. All the other guests were super friendly and worked together the way family does. I never worried about any vandalism or theft. At any time you could ask anybody for help and they would help you. I would definitely have to say the biggest bonus to this park though is definitely Denise, She went above and beyond to help me,my husband and any other guest in there anytime they needed it. I moved here almost 2 months ago and absolutely love Denise. She is so helpful with all of my needs. I never have to ask more than 1 time and she is right there. I am disabled and have MS and the care she has shown me is above and beyond what anyone could ask for. This is just what I needed and as long as she is here, I will be here. She is worth her weight in gold. What a wonderful person.....The park is really nice and I am so glad my older sister told me about this place. I have now lived here 10 months and I have found my favorite place I have ever lived. I must compliment Denise for everything she does for me, going above and beyond to be sure I am ok, even when she has mowed all day, she STILL checks on me.
