The customer service was FANTASTIC! The 3rd party i booked with said there was a breakfast. Thr pictures showed toast. I don't eat much breakfast, so i thought ok. Lets do it. The lady when i checked in said nothing about breakfast, nor was there any out when i left at 9:15am. The room is a little dated. The bed is a little too hard for my liking. Overall, it is a good hotel to spend a night

We came into town for a celebration of life for our Grandfather. But couldn't even spend the evening in this hotel. There was mold all over the bathroom and our room was COVERED in ants. Given we brought our 5 month old son, we couldn't justify staying in the room for even a night. When checking out and speaking to the staff we weren't even offered a partial refund. We will be reporting the conditions experienced to the WI health department.

Dear New Owners, I understand that it takes time and money to fix and improve a property, and I realize you may be working toward that. However, the room I was given was not worth the $72 I paid. Unfortunately, you own two of the only hotels in town, and at this time neither appears to be in good condition, which is disappointing. Issues with my room included: • A strong cigarette odor • A shower that leaks and appears to be held together with tape • Wallpaper peeling on multiple walls, with what appears to be mold in a couple of spots • Rusty metal fixtures • Unsanitary conditions that made me question whether it was safe to walk around in socks or sleep on the bed Since my card was already charged, I did not have much choice but to stay. Must've gotten new owners. Very sweet, very kind. In the process of revamping the place. I came in at like 11 pm and left at 6 and she was sweet the entire time. Needed a place in a snowstorm before I could make a 1.5 hour drive home.

Visited while the weather was snowy and sloppy. The pavement was cleared and salted near the entrance. A luggage cart was available which we took advantage of. The lady behind the counter was friendly and directed us to the room. Everything was clean and the prices were fair.
