A Wyoming Inn

We booked this room last minute during our Yellowstone trip just to have a place to stay for a night. Going into this we knew it wasn’t going to be a top of the line room but decided we could make do for a night. When we entered the room it actually smelled better than we’d been expecting and overall the room was clean albeit a little outdated. It fit what we expected UNTIL I pulled the covers back to go to bed and was greeted by 2 large stains on the paper thin sheet that were most definitely dried cum stains and you will never convince me otherwise. This was gross but being nice and not wanting to disturb the staff at 11pm I went to the car and got my sleeping bag and slept on top of the covers. I have included a pic to show I’m not kidding. Called this hotel the morning before arriving, headed to Yellowstone with little plan. The receptionist was very nice and useful on the phone. Rooms are not the most modern, but have all you need, and it felt like a fun and authentic walk back into time to prepare you for Yellowstone park, they even have actual keys to the rooms. If you are coming from the east entrance, this hotel offers a nice escape before the most beautiful and remote entrance into the park. Absolutely recommend.

We booked this place last minute knowing it was a budget inn and kinda had an idea what to expect (the kind of place you leave your socks on). The office had the typical cheap hotel smell but the desk attendant was nice and helpful, 10 hours later when we checked in after spending the day in Yellowstone we were suprised when we opened the room door and it didn’t really smell bad at all. The room was probably clean as it could be and it was in decent condition but definitely could use some updates. So far it was ok and a little better than we expected so after showering I pulled the covers back to get into bed and what did I find???? Dried discolored stains, 2 big round spots as you can see in the pics. You’ll never convince me they weren’t cum stains and that is just GROSS. I know you’re a

Positive: Hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location. Negative: I had a small medical alert Service dog with me and the owner of the hotel made it VERY clear they are not a pet friendly motel and we were not really welcome there. And how much trouble they have to go to because there was a dog in the room. Rude person.

Came to Cody, WY so we could visit Yellowstone Natl Park. The room was clean but the sink stopper was shut and wouldn't open. The staff tried everything she could to open it and even offered to change rooms but to no avail. We declined but kudos to her effort. The motel was right next door to a pizza hut so we ordered a pizza half for dinner and half for the next day breakfast as motel is seasonal so they don't offer breakfast because at end of season they throw a lot if stuff away. The bed wad comfortable and the next morning the day staff fixed our sink.
