A-OK Motel

These were some of the nicest people I've ever met when it comes to a motel. They wasn't down our throats holler and check out time rite at at 11: 00am. They were kind and understanding just all in all very good people we almost felt as if we were family not just someone off the streets or someone just stopping by. I would recommend anyone to stay there! The rooms I have been there for years so they are older of course but they're kept clean and we were very comfortable.

Despite being on a main road through town, traffic was not really a problem and my room was well off the road in any case, so noise wasn't an issue. The room rate was good value, though there is no breakfast at this hotel. The hotel is really well situated, just across the street from two major supermarkets, Pruetts and Wal-Mart a little further along the road. The room was basic and slightly outdated, but I really enjoyed the armchair recliner - very comfortable watching television while sitting (or lying) in it!

As of July 2025, our family has stayed here for 15 summers and we’ll keep coming back! Over the years, we’ve stayed in the double queen rooms, but our favorite is the room with three queen beds. When we bring more people, we opt for the spacious suite with four beds and a full kitchen. This motel has gone from good to better to truly excellent. The rooms are all freshly remodeled with new mattresses, clean carpet, and big TVs equipped with all the streaming services. There’s even a full-size refrigerator in every room, which is incredibly convenient. Every room we’ve ever stayed in has been smoke-free, super clean, and smelled fresh. We pulled in on a Saturday afternoon, ready to get out of the sun after being on the bikes all day. There were three of us guys and we were able to get a room with three queen sized beds! The shower had hot water, clean towels, the gentleman at the front desk was kind, courteous, friendly, quick to hand us a key upon payment. Great location right off the road, we will definitely stay here again the next time we need to lay our heads in/around Broken Bow!

Owner was very nice and check in was simple and fast. Room was small, but was clean. A bit dated, but it's an older property. Need was less then great, very hard, but pillows we're decent. TV worked good as did the AC. Shower was good with plenty of got water. It's right on main street, so a bit lots on a Saturday night, but not the end of the world. For the piece it was fine and weird stay again.
