Quick easy check in. Nobody bothered me. Food was right around the corner. Easy check out.And....no room deposit!

I was in town for only one night, and I'm glad my hotel stay was just that. I stayed in room 105, and the room could've been a bit better for wear. The worst thing about it was that the room had ZERO sound insulation both for the doors and the walls (mind you, I'm mildly hard of hearing): I could hear everything from the cars whooshing by to whoever tried to smoke at 5 AM and tripped the smoke detector as if my window was wide open, and conversations from the next room over where I could hear their conversations if I concentrated. Unless it's because I was jetlagged or because I had a pillow top mattress at home, the bed felt as stiff as a board. I stayed here yesterday and this was one of the most unsettling motel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a standard double room, which typically implies a standard-sized room with two beds. Instead, I was placed in what I can only describe as a closet-sized room, easily under 100 sq ft. There was barely space to move, let alone feel comfortable or safe. Before even entering, I noticed the key fob receiver on the door was broken and literally taped together with duct tape. That alone should have been a warning sign. Inside the room, the bed had multiple visible stains that did not look like fresh laundry. The most alarming discovery came when I noticed a reflection in the mirror—upon closer inspection, it was the peephole of the door, and it appeared to be visible from both sides. Anyon

3rd Ave Inn| We stayed 5 nights. The walls are thin. You can hear the birds and cars outside. The shower head could stand to be changed. It was sufficient but not great. There is too much light in the room for us. We had 2 different rooms. The second was much better. There are not enough parking spaces. We usually were parked many rooms away and had to park in the street one night. We went to Disney 3 times from here along with other places. We thought it was great location. A nice ride without much traffic. The towels work great to scratch your back.|

Wife and I have been pretty much here for 3 months back and forth booking here while we are in the process of buying a home and have nowhere else to go. We have been well taken care of here, we continue to come back because we are comfortable here, staff have been very friendly with us. Honestly this wait for our home purchase, this hotel has been very good to us👍🏽
