2520 Living

This is the same place as Hotolos Hotel. Short review: this inn has promise, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here until the changes are done. Long review: After our flight was cancelled, we were booked here via our airline. Advertised to the airline, they were supposed to offer shuttle to and from airport, and complimentary breakfast. We had a huge issue because a shuttle service wasn’t actually offered. There’s no breakfast either. No restaurant on-site either. The hotel is in the middle of being re-branded. There’s a sign in the “breakfast room” that says complimentary breakfast 6am to 10 am. There is dust and lots of appliances in new boxes to be installed in a lot of the indoor common areas. This place was in the list from Spirit due to a missing flight conexión.. I came, and lobby is closed.. the emergency number post it on a door took 5 times to answer just to tell me they do not allow reservation after 11 pm.. now im tired in front of a closed placed that should not be on that list to begin with ,.

The hotel lobby was cute, the courtyard with a pool was cute and relaxing. Garbages near the stairs were overflowing, finding your room was annoying and the rooms were not great. The flooring could be updated, the paint job inside looked like they hired a teen to do it. The tub was grimy, there were some price stickers left on the wall in the bathroom from the previous guests in the room. The beds! Very clean bedding but the pillows were lumpy, and the headboards would hit the wall every time you moved (on both beds) Waking others up. We could have gotten up and maybe put a facecloth in between the headboard and wall but it was middle of the night and just too lazy to get up. My shoulders were sore after sleeping in the bed. Booked via Expedia, had decent reviews and looked good, when we arrived that was not the case. Location isn't bad and has potential, rooms were just disgusting, I'm pretty sure our beds were broken. bathroom was also kinda nasty, toilet wasn't cleaned properly and the bath tub was even worse. room didn't even have a trash can, bright side was someone left their prime account on the TV and we watched movies. all in all terrible hotel, do NOT recommend

I booked this room for my Mom and two daughters prior to going on a cruise out of port in FtLauderdale. When booking I was assured over and over there would be transport from the airport and to the terminal that a breakfast was included. Again that they would love it, the pictures DO NOT match the photos my mom took and sent me 2000 miles away! I have taken a few days to calm myself before posting a review. None not one of the amenities promised were true. Absolutely ridiculous they had to suffer in fear staying here. My mom didn’t sleep a wink for being scared they pushed every bag they had against the door while praying, the bathroom was horrible nasty, I do wish I could post photos to show you.
