Great place to stay. Nice and quiet and all the shops and local restaurants are in walking distance.

216 Virginia Ave completely exceeded our expectations! My fiance and I had the pleasure of staying here during our mini vacation to Clarksville and everything about it is absolutely stunning. The decor inside the apartment is a dream and the outside porch is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen/bathrooms were equipped with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. It's also in walking distance to some great shops, restaurants, and my personal favorite, Buggs Island Brewery (right on the water & only a four minute walk)! Wow! What can't I say?? My friend and I came to Clarksville for a little girls getaway and staying at 216 Virginia Ave was the best decision ever!!! Each room was so thoughtfully designed to make sure you had the best experience. While walking distance to all the local hot spots like Buggs Island Brewery and multiple antique stores, you can also get to the beachfront and lake views with a 5 minute drive! You definitely need to check them out! Ashley and the other hosts were responsive via email and was able to answer any questions throughout our stay as well as leading up to it. The home itself had everything you'd need to cook a full course meal so no need to bring anything with you! I can't wait till the next visit to Clarksville and overnight at the boutique home!
